We aren't guaranteed the next breath, so don't wait for retirement, or the next vacation, or the next day off work, to add some enjoyment to life. Right now tell someone you love that you love them. Right now, look around at whatever nature might be around you. Right now take a deep breath and take a moment to marvel at the amazingness of our lungs and our whole system working together to keep us alive.
