If you aren't writing down your goals, and focusing on them daily, and evaluating them at least weekly, then you're doing yourself a disservice. If you don't have a schedule, you aren't planning your success and are less likely to achieve your potential. There are loads of resources on where to start - get them, create them, do them. ♡
