If you haven't yet heard of Extra Life - you should check them out. Their slogan is Play Games, Heal Kids and they support the Children's Miracle Network. By spending time playing any games (board, card, console, phone, outdoor sports, etc) you raise money for that time spent and this place helps the kids get medical attention. I'm a Gamer (tabletop, racquetball, console, phone, etc) & have done this several years by playing 24 hours solid and raising $ for each hour. I wish it was as much as some of the other, larger teams.
