Here's a great tool to help you ground and feel better without moving much at all. I bet you can come up with some fun options for indoors, outdoors, home, away, cheap, free, expensive. The idea is to list as many things as you can that you enjoy, for Smell, Taste, Touch, Sounds, Sight, and Activities. The more you work on adding to this list, the more you train your brain to naturally go that direction instead of giving up and breaking when we're under stress.
