I'm often asked what video games can do to help people's mental health. Similar to how therapy is conversation, communication, brainstorming... gaming can help introduce ideas, foster cooperation and community, and give rise to opportunities for character-development one might not have outside of gaming. That character development can influence life decisions. I love that games can be a start of a deeper conversation of Meaning, Character, Morals, Values, etc.
