Why We Shut Down Sometimes & Effective Strategies to Support Ourselves

There is a lot of misinformation about ways to get out of being "lazy" or ways to be "more productive." To get unstuck we need to employ strategies that may seem counterintuitive. We need to give ourselves a break in order to reboot and have the energy and ability to produce or perform. We Need breaks and they Help productivity - if we're a vehicle for change and productivity, we can't always be revving our engine or our engine will break.
