Time to consider what you've accomplished, what didn't happen and why, actions to improve for next year, destractions/blocks/fears, how did I make myself feel good, passions, people I learned from, what I'm grateful for & what would I do of $ wasn't an issue. Make a list of those, and under each of those headings list as much as you can. Such a useful tool for self-improvement. Also consider life balance. Below is an example - fill these in and line out your satisfaction scale. Are you balanced? If not - how are you going to Get balanced? Good luck! This is a lot of work and so effective. ♡ Please share what yours looks like - eityer here or on Facebook or wherever. :)
