Therapeutic Play Options

Videogames, tabletop games, and other activities can be used to help people feel more at ease, to build skills, and aid in processing difficulties life has thrown, or is throwing, at you. If you're looking to create realistic goals and sustainable gains, develop character and improve communication skills, then this may be an option for you. Similar to conventional play therapy, online play therapy allows connection in a variety of realms and with a variety of tools. For some helpful sources regarding efficacy of play in therapy, please see the bottom of this page. (There are many options here. I am neither sponsored by anyone nor can I provide copies of games, journals, or other materials.)
